A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH TO EDUCATION
CLASSES ONLINE WITH YOUR TEACHERS AND STUDENTS
Our live virtual classes allow students to break away from the traditional form of both homeschooling and public school so they can take advantage of the socialization that one receives when in traditional school. Students log online for their classes and will have the opportunity to collaborate with their teachers and other students. We provide various options so that families can maintain their flexibility. No matter where you are, as long as you have internet access, you can attend class.

How Does It Work?
No differently than the structured day that you would find in a public school, our students log on each day and spend their day, learning, growing, and collaborating with their peers and their teachers. Since we are a REAL school, our students have a full day of learning with both peers and teachers that they are able to actively engage with. Screen breaks and a lunch hour is incorporated into each school day.
CORE AND ELECTIVES
Students receive the same core subjects that they would receive in traditional school along with electives. We strive to ensure that our school meets the same educational standards as schools in top performing districts. The curriculum for these classes are created by seasoned educators and ones that have a love for learning and our youth. Classes are primarily discussion based so that all have the opportunity to participate and learn from one another. Students will also receive homework assignments and projects to work on.

Core classes such as Math, Science, History, English, Health/Physical Education are incorporated into our students school day. If you have a student in High School, they can select from one of our High School Electives such as Accounting, Information Technology, Humanities, Fashion, etc.

FIELD TRIPS
A field trip is one of the best tools that we can use to provide every student with real-world experiences. Whether that's a trip to the museum or local aquarium, each experience that a student participates in contributes to and enriches their understanding of the world. We have monthly in-person activities and field trips in various parts of the United States. All students are provided with a virtual field trip option each month.

When students experience the world of creation, they see the connection between what is happening online and in the real world. They begin to connect the online training they receive with how it can have a direct impact on their lives and helping them to become better people. While our students are spread out in various countries, field trips are still provided. Preference Academy researches into trips that students can take in their own local area that will allow them to visually and physically see what they are learning.

FT Online Classes

These classes cover the core subjects of: Math, Science, History, English, and Physical Education. This plan is ideal for a student that works well on their own but would like to have some socialization and/or assistance with understanding their core subjects. Open to grades K-12. Students are provided with breaks throughout the day and a one hour lunch break.​
