Jordan Holland

My Story
Jordan Holland is a pioneer that is based out of Jersey City. So that she could finish school early, she took advantage of the opportunity to graduate early through Preference Academy's grade advancement program. She did an excellent job as this year's Student Advisor and also worked as a peer tutor.

What do you wish people knew about young people today?
I wish people knew that yes we are young, but we also deal with anxiety, pressure from society and also the thought of maturing. We often don't see the bigger picture even when it is right in front of us and we need ones to be patient with us.
What words of wisdom do you have for the younger ones?
There will be a lot of pressures and life and decisions to make, but don't give up. Walk with Jehovah in what you do and you will definitely have a straight path. It will have obstacles but you can do it. Also, be kind you never know the positive effect you can have on someone. Everyone is dealing with something so just be a good friend.
What are your plans for the next 12 months?
My plans this year are to travel a little bit, work and continue to pioneer. The next 12 months I will be applying for LDC, continuing to progress spiritually, work, and focus on pioneering.
